Terms And Conditions:

1. All tour bookings must be finalised 4 weeks’ prior to tour date to accommodate for documentation preparations, vehicle allocations, and any other pre-booking requirements as stipulated by the tour site.
2. Full payment is required XXX days prior to departure date
3. All tours are scheduled for weekdays only
4. For school tours, a minimum of 40 learners is mandatory
5. Driver details and other vehicle documentation will be provided prior to departure date
6. “Staff only” and Team Building tours can also be arranged upon request and tailored according to budget and preference.
7. Snack packs inclusive of a soft drink/juice, crisp and biscuit pack can be arranged at an additional cost of  R25.00 per learner (as per preference)
8. Rebates per learner are applicable when groups exceed 80 learners, conditions apply.
9. One educator will be allowed free of cost for every 30 learners travelling.
10. All learners require a fully signed indemnity and parental consent form, should educators fail to follow procedure, Sunrise Tours will not be held liable for any claims thereof.
11. Educators accompanying learners should take full priority in ensuring learners adhere to the rules and code of conduct, both on the transporting vehicle and at the destination of travel.
